The Standard Bolster from Hugger Mugger Yoga Products features a flat top and bottom for stability, making it an essential accessory for Restorative and Yin Yoga practices. Its exceptional firmness ensures structural integrity, while the upholstery-grade fabrics and convenient handles on both ends guarantee durability and ease of use.

This versatile bolster is ideal for supporting the torso in reclining poses, twists, Child’s Pose, seated forward bends, and more. It can also be utilized to elevate the hips in seated poses like Pigeon Pose and Bridge Pose, as well as a cushion in various seated postures. The flat shape of the Standard Bolster allows it to balance perfectly on top of blocks for reclining poses and Stonehenge configurations.

Crafted with care in the USA, Hugger Mugger bolsters are renowned for their firm yet soft support. Each bolster is made with a foam core wrapped in soft cotton batting, enclosed in a premium fabric cover. To maintain the integrity of the bolster, spot clean or dry clean only, as we do not recommend removing the cover due to its essential role in providing support.
